How to avoid sweaty feet and palm?

My feet and palm sweat all the time. In the house, everywhere I walk gets sticky and slippery. And my computer mouse turns from white to black because of the dirt on my palm caused by the sweat. I can't even play my guitar properly. Any tips on how to stop sweaty feet and palm?
 
Personnally this sweat issue you seem to have seems like a problem. I think a nice hot bath would do the trick avoid warm areas and wear shorts. A good trick so your mouse doesn't get dirty would simply be;
To get a black one.
Or maybe wear gloves.
Hand sanitiser will remove the dirt from tyour hands. Turn heating down. It should help. Wear vests
