I have quited from my previous job for about 3 weeks but my former manager keeps calling me asking about work at least 3 times a week. I don't think this is appropriate. She always leaves me a message every time I don't answer her call. One day I accidentally picked up her call & she mentioned it. She doesn't care that I'm not her employee anymore and work for somebody else. Nobody liked her attitude, but I don't want to leave any hurt feeling. My friend advise me not to pick up her call anymore, but I thought if there is any better solution out there. Thanks.
