How to avoid a community labor sentence in los angeles county court?

I originally was given a littering ticket for throwing a cigarette out of my car.

The judge gave me an option of community service and $1500 fine, or community service.

I chose 2 days of community service - hard labor instead of paying the fine which I couldn't afford.

I have filed with the community service office and received the sentence of picking up trash for 2 full days along california state highways.

Currently I am totally broke and thinking of returning to my home state of missouri, just to get by and make ends meet.

A) If I fill out the forms they gave me to give to the cal tran supervisor, how will they know the difference? I just write the 8 hours per day and sign... no? The court requires me to return the forms, but what's the difference? Does cal tran have a computer that tracks this?

B)Can I do the community service if I leave the state in another state?

C)Can I slip the cal tran guy some cash and have him sign the papers?

D)If I leave the state and change my drivers license to a new state - will this affect my record there (especially if I plan to never come back to cali?)

Thanks - I appreciate all of your time and responses.
