how to ask a guy to a dance?

okay. of course i know how to ask him.
but this is a special dance where just girls ask guys.
its called the jack of hearts dance, and the theme is cali dreamin'.
and i want something creative on how to ask :)
like my friend is asking her boyfriend by either spray painting the snow and then going ice skating and its gonna say :
"pat-
JOH?
-shelby <3"

or puff painting a hockey puck, with Pat on one side,
and JOH? on the other.
because he plays hockey.

and yes, i am asking my boyfriend.

but, i something creative like that. :)
i ran out of ideas :)
any ideas?
 
I go to an all girls school so I know what you're thinking :)
My friend asked her boyfriend by putting the question in a fortunes cookie. It was super cute. You could make him a cookie cake or something with the quesion on it. But by far the cutest is my friend got asked by the girl put caution tape around his house and outlined a body (representing a crime scene) and wrote across it: I'm dying to go the dancewith you. Adoable!! Goood luck :)
