how to approach this girl n ask her to b ma gf?

hi,

i know a gal, we live in the same house,, she been heart-break.. i was there during her hard times.. .now slowly i feel like to like her... recently we used to go to gym 2gether as i invite her..

now i wanna somethg more like , going out with her , like cine, meal, walk in park. .. smtimes i feel like wanting to hold her hands or waist.. but i cant...

how should i slowly behave in that case for me to approach her about this..
because she broke up 2 yrs ago n yet sometimes do have that sad feelings..

i wanna make her happy by cheering her up in any way. as we live together, its hard to be a bf-gf thg .. even if i wana that, but of course at home we wont do thgs as i live with ma parents n frens.. so because of that i do respect the gal..

for me, if she accepts me as a bf, i wouldnt behave just as a bf, but more like a fren.. [how to ask her this..... .].
i know she wont accept for the mmt... the other thg is , as she like havg fun n going out at nite etc, i cant take her out at nite bcoz of ma family..

how shuld i do n wat shuld i doo... ?
