I do have questions regarding asset protections, and I understand besides asking here for free answers, we'd better consult an attorney and/or a CPA for more professional advices. However, I am not quite clear what are the best ways to approach attorneys or CPAs for questions. Do we pay them by hours or by case? Do we get oral answers only or we can request for a drafted action plan without costly fee? Like most askers here, my questions are common ones mainly regarding personal or family matters.
