how to apply University if i dont have status?

I dont have any status now. . . I was took B1 visa,but it pass the due.
Now,I want to go to school. HOW ?
The guy i love he willing to filling all the paper work make me have status. Do we have to be marry first? Any way can make it work?
We try to make it work.

I'm so sorry, but under the current immigration law, if you don't have any status in US, you cannot go to University. In addition, even if you marry US Citizen, you have to go back to your country to complete your green card process at US Embassy there, due to the fact that you don't have any status to adjust.
