how to apply for a job at namco or sega world (trocadreo)??

does anyone know how to apply a job for trocadero arcade ir namco??? i cant seem to find it please someone help me. thanks
 
i think it's probably best to go in & ask.. i've never really seen any job adverts for them anywhere.
namco would be a pretty cool place to work though..
