How to aim down headlights on a 2002 mazda tribute lx v6?

How do I aim down the headlights on my tribute? Because I want to install 10k HIDs. Or if I wouldn't have to that would be great cuz I don't want to blind other drivers while on the road. I understand my headlights use a reflector assembly instead of a projector. Thanks alot if u could help!
