I need tips on sleeping
Long story short, I just got my first job, and it requires weird hours
For example, yesterday I worked from 3pm-1am
Tomorrow I am working 5am-3pm
How can I fall asleep so I can adjust to this new lifestyle?
Is there anything I can eat/drink or do right before I need to get to sleep?
Or how can I get to work, wide awake with energy even if I had a bad sleep?
