How to adjust the carburator on a 1987 chevy caprice?
i have a 87 chevy that wasn't being used for 8 months . i just got a rebuilt transmission installed in my car, now the car doesn't accelerate how it use to .i use to step on the gas and burn rubber, now when i step on the gas, the car moves slowly but gains speed over time. i was told the engines looks and runs good, i was told that it is the carburetor ! how do i adjust it, and what does each of the screws do ?
what else besides the carburetor can cause a condition like this, fuel filter, vacuum hose ?, please tell me everything you can and any info on getting a car to run good !
