How to adjust the brightness and contrast in wc sony Vaio?

I just got a new Sony Vaio with E series and try to firgue out how to adjust the brightness and contrast. Somehow, it looks very blurred when I turn my Webcam on. Does anyone know how to fix it. Plz help me. Thank you
