How to add Bluetooth capability to my Sony VAIO?

I have a VGN-N250E. When i got my laptop, in the Wireless Device Switch Utility i had an option to turn bluetooth on or off, and i could connect to my bluetooth devices. After my sister completely ruined the computer for me i had to do a clean reboot using the vaio disk. But now the Bluetooth option is gone. My laptop used to be of my brother, but he passed away so now i use it and i would like to add this feature again
