how to add an image to a wikipedia article?

I'm trying to add an image to an article on wikipedia of a public person. I want to add the image exactly like Wikipedia has for every public person. For example, the photo is always on the upper right side of the page. Example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denise_richards
How do I do this?
oh no, i dont want to put a pic of Denise Richards. I just used her wiki profile as an example of what I want to do.
