How to add a backseat to a crotch rocket bike.?

Hi, i am wondering if you can add a back seat to a crotch rocket? I have a 1994 crotch rocket. And it is a ninja and it is only a one seater in a racer style seat. I want to add a back seat so i can have a rider. How can i do this? I will also have to add pegs for them. And how much am i looking at?
