so my mom ordered a new upgrade phone from verizon but she doesnt like it so she is stickin with her old one, so i took the new one and tried to activate it, it wont let me upgrade to my number though, how could i do it? and also i dont know how to figure out the billing account password and my mom cant remember it, is it the password you use to sign in the verizon.com website or is it something different?
