This morning I broke my Verizon EnV Touch, and I'm going to buy an EnV 3 from ebay in the next few days. My current [broken] enV still works, I just cracked the screens horribly. My question is, can I buy the EnV 3 and activate it in my verizon contract? My 2 year contract for a new phone ends in August, but the screens are too broken to wait that long. If I buy the enV 3 from ebay (doing this to avoid the whole contract mess) and activate it in replacement to my broken enV touch, will it work? I've done this whole process before, but through verizon and I was just replacing the touch with a new one. I'm a bit confused this time because 1) it's not through verizon this time and 2) i'm purchasing a different phone.
Any information that you think will help? Thanks!
p.s. the question isn't asking HOW to activate the env3 once i get it, i'm asking if this is possible and that i won't have to go through and contract or money problems.
