How to activate Tata docomo gprs settings in Apple iphone 4?

Hii..
I have bought Apple iphone 4 and I bought a tata docomo sim as it has very reasonable rates for gprs connection. But when I am trying to open internet in the phone, its showing the message " not connected to the internet". I want to activate gprs settings in apple iphone 4. Please help me.
