i have a phone from Germany (T-mobile) its a Nokia phone, I cannot open it using sim cards in Philippines, the phone asks for this one in German. When you start the phone it has this message in Deutsch language "Telefon einge-schrankt" and i click loschen, then it ask this one "Einschrankungs-code eingeben". Please anyone could help me on this? Thanks a lot.
