how to activate bluetooth on windows 7?

Hey, try updating your windows 7 with the latest system updates which should include the Bluetooth. Also download a program called BlueSoleil which automatically detects your bluetooth card and makes it a default one for windows to use.
 
Guys...pls... i got a latest dell inspirion with windows 7..but not detecting bluetooth..while the systems has bluetooth facility...how can i solve the probs???
