My coworker and I just got new verizon phones. I got a droid and she got an eris. We live in an alltell area. She tried to set her phone up first and could only get the phone/text to work no internet or 3g services. I drove 30 miles to a verizon network area and got mine set up fine. When she tried to do the same thing she couldn't activate her phone again and is now stuck with an unusable data package. How can she get her phone working like it should? Were in a remote area of utah and my phone is now our primary internet source so its important we get hers working. Thanks for any suggestions. Verizon doesn't like admitting that they have these problems so they have been thoroughly unhelpful.
