My friend sent me her old phone from virginia because she just recently moved there. It is a samsung intensity but it was a prepaid phone and she used it for 8 months. Now I'm just trying to figure out how I can activate it on my regular plan cause the people in virginia said it cannot be activated by a different person and the people with verizon down here said it can. I already went to the store but I didn't get any answers. Help me please.
