Ok well no its not a new phone, ive had my phone for a while now. its an lg neon
anyways, my old simcard burned out because i accidentally blocked my pin number and it burned out apparently
so i went to get a new simcard for 10$ and the guy said to activate it i had to call the fido customer service so i did but they said they couldnt help me out?
but the guy also said i can activate it online at fido.ca but i cant seem to figure out how?
and i have a monthly plan
