How to access TV menu with Verizon fios remote?

I lost the remote to my TV so now the only one I have is the Verizon P265v1 remote for Verizon Fios and by some design fail there is no menu button on the TV itself (Sony KV27S36). Is there a way to access the TV menu with the Verizon remote? Yes I have tried the menu button but that only accesses the cable box menu.
