Just need to know how to get there for dead animal removal.
My wife noticed a thump noise Thursday followed by a rattle in the fan area of the AC. I thought it was the motor going out but by Saturday there was a dead smell every time the AC is blowing. I would really like to get in there and remove what ever that is but so far access has been a problem.
I have removed the overflow jug and all wiring harnesses along with several 5.5mm headed screws and one 10mm headed bolt. So everything on top that I can see is free but the fan cover will not come off. Is there bolts on the inside? If so how do I get around that passenger side airbag issue?
Anyone that has ever done this before please let me know where to find what is holding me up from getting this cover off.
