How to accept a meeting invite on an iPhone?

Outlook, Blackberry, and Lotus Notes can send Meeting Invites when you can accept with one click to get into your calendar.

But on the iPhone the invitation just appears as an icon. There is no Accept button. You can't even see the meeting details.

Is there an App or other fix for this limitation?
