I have one tomorrow. I ask because although my apartment is fine, there are some places I haven't gotten around to cleaning & a problem with my sink I haven't had time to fix, & frankly I wouldn't want to give any reason for anyone to complain about anything.
How thorough are HUD inspections generally? Purely functional (making sure everything works/nothing trashed), or like hunting for dust & going through your drawers & closets? Where in between?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciate, as soon as possible. Thank you
