How state-based laws affect people who live in a different state?

I was accused of underage drinking at a Phillies game yesterday. The law in Pennsylvania is that any offense of underage drinking results in a license suspension for 90 days. However, I live in New Jersey, and that is NOT the law in New Jersey. The court stated that they were truly unsure of what would happen, as they don't really know the details of inter-state laws, and since licenses are state based. Does anyone know anything about this? Will my license be suspended?

I would think that it would be sort of like a speeding ticket... Like if you get pulled over in another state you have to pay the fines, but points don't always transfer over to your license. I don't believe that PA can take your license away, especially if you just got an underage citation and not a DUI or anything.
