I am currently in school, I will finish In 6 months. I know for a fact I will be opening my own business location at completion of my program. At what point should I lease a location. I do not want to wait to the last minute to get everything in motion. How far in advance should I contact the owner or landlord with interest in the property? or pay a deposit on a location.
