I just cooked salmon for the first time, but I was hesitant to eat it because I was not sure if I cooked it enough. I followed a recipe that said to cook on a pan for 2 minutes and bake for 9. I did both, but I only pre-heated the oven for about 2 minutes.
Anyways, I ate it and I'm pretty sure it was fine, but how soon could I be feeling symptoms of food poisoning?
