how soon after sex did you know you were pregnant?

did you know before your missed period of bfp? if so how? if not, when did you know?
 
I had a feeling before I missed my period, but having an irregular cycle meant that I would never be sure without a BFP. I didn't receive a BFP until I was 13 weeks. Lol.
 
I knew when I missed my period a week or so and took a test. We have sex so regularly it would have been impossible to tell exactly which of those times I concieved.
