How soon after sex can you take a pregnancy test to tell if you're pregnant?

Ok...My bf & I had sex on Valentine's day.....we used protection, but it broke!! Well right after that we went and got the morning after pill & I took it right then!! Then I took the 2nd one 12 hrs later.........like the box said!! Well I'm still scared b/c they say it may work & may not!!! It's been 11 days & I was just wondering how soon can you take a test to tell if you're pregnant or not!!
 
The earliest you can test is 10 days after sex, but it is best to wait 19 days for the most accurate result.
 
Depends on when your period is due as to the best time to take a test. But chances are if you took the morning after pill you're probably not pregnant. However, if you're still worried wait until about 3 days before your period is due.
