I don't mean to ask such a common and stupid question, but I'm layin on my sofa contemplating going and buying a pregnancy test. I was on depo but am not anymore because I hated the side effects and how angry I always was. Anyways, my husband and I just got married in November and obviously had sex a lot and still do, hey, we're newlyweds! Anyways this past week I've been feeling really sick but haven't had a fever. I've been very tired during the day and had no drive to do anything -- even get out of bed! My stomach has been pretty hard and I haven't had much of an appetite -- but when i do, i can't seem to stop eating, I ate a whole chicken chow mein in one sitting that was for 2 people! (and I'm not huge) ...anyways, I've also been nauseas all day to no avail. I know no one here is a doctor and I'm not looking for a scientific response, but rather some encouragement and ideas from my yahoo answers community... do you think its the flu or potential pregnancy? Should I just do a pregnancy test or wait a few more days? Thanks in advance!

It depends how late are you>? I didnt get a positive test until i was about two weeks late but everyone is different.

With the baby I'm carrying now, I felt nauseous starting the day I conceived. Crazy, but true. With both of my pregnancies, I've known I was pregnant long before I could test (nausea, gag reflex, cramping, etc) When is your period due? A test could potentially come out positve 4-5 days before it's due. I hope it goes the way you want!!
