How small is a 18' bike?

I am looking into BMX bikes and i found a dk interbol 18' and wanted to know if that is small? I looked at what a 18' bike is and it is like a little kids bike. Im 5'10 and yeah.
im looking more for bmx in genral. small bike is sorta a bad thing.
