1. Are you shoulders suppose to be moving up and down or is it suppose to stay firmly down?
2. Are you suppose to be controlling your arms from your elbow or your shoulders?
3. Should you be trying to pump your arms hard but at an average pace or lightly but extremely quickly (like sonic)?
4. Any tips on how your arms should swing in a sprinting race?
