How should I write a speech for debating try-outs?

Hi! I'm trying to get on to my school's debating team, and have to give a 1:30 speech arguing for or against the following topic: "People should all be vegetarian." I've got all my points down, but don't exactly know how to go about the structure of the speech.

How should I start it off before putting forth my main argument? (E.g. definition etc.)
