Yes, I know I like the virgin mary, but the teacher for that class is my mom old friend and he wants me to tell her I cheated, and I pretty scared because my mom is very serious with his class. SO... please help!

Get her laughing first. Keep telling her jokes so she is laughing really hard and then say "Oh by the way I cheated on my test."
Then don't say anything. You're still screwed but at least she will probably spare you the cattle prod. Hopefully.

Suck it up, and put your big girl panties on and tell her. Don't sugar coat it. Just tell her what you did and be truthful. You'll earn a little more respect being upfront and honest about it.
