I am 16 years old and Am very overweight for my age. I am 264 pounds, and stand at 5'5 Ft.
The biggest problem is my snack cravings, I eat alot of things such as nachos, potato chips, and sweet things like cookies. I also drink alot of sugary drinks like ice tea and apple juice.
I seem to have no will power to stop eating these tasty things, But i really want to loose weight and be more healthy.
What are some things I can do to stop snaking on such horrible things, exercises etc?
