How should I start a dog walking business around my neighborhood?

Hi, I am still a teenager, and am not considered old enough to work in places like stores, so I wanted to start a dog walking business just in my neighborhood. I already got my parents' permission, so I tried hanging up a few fliers stating my rates, phone number, a summary about myself, etc. They were all posted on mailboxes, since people go there daily, but only three or four days later, they were all ripped down. I guess you can't put it there...but I don't know any other way to advertise my business.

I don't want to go to the shopping center near me to look for customers, because I only want to walk dogs who I know live around my house, as it is a safe community.
