How should i represent conflict on my highschool art portfolio?

Hi, Im a freshman in highschool, i want to make my portfolio cover something that represents conflict i was thinking of putting me in the background with my back to the viewer, but my face turned sideways like im looking out of the corner of my eye, shaded in ways that looks like im in a dark room with some light, so only a few parts of my face a lit up, any suggestions for the foreground, symbols of conflict or such? Maybe a symbol of a love for war while having a strong hate for war? I want my portfolia to be something unique that makes a person think not just a '' o i know what this is and means'' type of thing. Thanks.
