how should I reconnect with this boy who was my friend and I use to like on face book?

its this boy I used to like a long time ago. He found me on face book and he wants me to accept him as a friend and I did. I'm trying to reconnect back with him, what do you think I should say to him, since I haven't talked to him in a while? how do I get a conversation started to get our conversation back and not be boring?
