My school is having bassoon tryouts in a few weeks and as far I know I'm the only one interested, but if someone else does decide to tryout what should I be ready for? Also, the tryout will involve one of us attempting to play a song on the bassoon without prior experience.
When I said "without prior experience", I meant that no one in the band has ever played a bassoon before, my band director just lets anybody try it.
