I'm 22 and getting married in April and I want to make sure I am in the best shape possible in preparation to becoming sexually active. My girlfriend and I have never had sex before (we are mormons) so I have till April 25th to get in even better shape. I am doing well when it comes to lifting but should I be incorporating cardiovascular workouts? Will that help in sexual endurance? What other things are important to do for sex health?
