How should I dust crickets for my Leopard Gecko?

I know you have to dust them but how often should I dust them?
I have Rep-Cal Hepivite multi vitamins and JurassiCal.

How many crickets should I feed a juvenile leopard gecko per day and how many days a week?
Aaaaand how many of those days do I dust them with calcium and how many days do I dust them with multi vitamins per... week or month or whatever? Oh and one last thing, If I gut load the crickets with Fluker's Farms Calcium do I still dust them the same?
