I have a few pounds of bone in pork rib tips and have no idea how to cook them. I have acess to a grill and oven so whatever is the best. I have already seasoned them an put in the fridge. I would prefer to bbq them but i have no idea on how long or temp?? Please help??

A very tasty way of cooking them is to cook on the BBQ. Turn them frequently and at the same time baste them with BBQ sauce. Set the BBQ medium to high and they should take about 10 mins. It really depends on if you like your meat rare or well done.

slow baste is the way to go. If you ever look at those bbq contest they do a slow baste. The thing is just do a dry rub of whatever you like ie. salt pepper, cayyene, garlic powder, cumin and than baste them until the bones fall off. If you want to know how to do this go to youtube and type in "goodeats ribs" alston brown shows a really good clip at how to make some good ribs.
