How should I cook my black beans?

In my cupboard I have garlic powder, onion powder, brown rice syrup, curry, oregano, salt, pepper, mixed seasoning, rosemary, white one vinegar, cinnamon, soy sauce, canned jalapeno peppers, sunflower oil, margarine, half an onion, and a semi-mushy tomato. What combination of these should I cook with to make my black beans? These are all the ingredients I have- nothing else. How would I cook them? My beans have already soaked over night. I already have some cooked rice.
 
Season them w/ the tomato, peeled, your onion, chopped; a jalapeno pepper (no seeds unless you like it really spicy); garlic powder, onion powder, pinch oforegano, and black pepper. Wait to add mixed seasoning (which I assume included salt in it) until beans are nearly cooked. Adding salt too early will prevent them from cooking and keep them hard.
