I have a couple of pork tenderloins that I would like to cook on the barbecue, but don't really have any idea of a recipe to try. I want something that is quite simple (i.e, not loads of different expensive ingredients) but tastes good.
Also, would I be better off cooking it in the oven first and then finishing it off on the barbecue?
Can I wrap it in foil with herbs and garlic and stuff and just put that on the barbecue?
