How should I address the interviewer in a thank you note?

I have been interviewing and find that most managers, recruiters, etc introduce themselves with their first name. so how should I address them in a thank you note? Dear Jane Doe, Dear Jane or Dear Ms. Doe. Any managers or recruiters out there that can give me the proper answer?
