How should America change the design of paper money?

A high court has ruled that paper money discriminates the blind. How should we redesign our paper money due to this ruling?

I don't think they should change anythng of the american money. It is just right the way it is.
 
wtf....? America should only change it's money to make it harder for people to counterfeit.

How should we change it? Maybe put braille on the money, our ATM's have braille, so why not paper bills.
