How should a client be ?

Well, i'm interested in the opinion of other file sharers about how a client should be.

Simple and fast to configure & use or advanced with a lot of settings to be done
 
Well, I think that it should be simple with advanced options. Maybe two modes (Advanced\Simple) or a wizard.
Advanced options must be included for troubleshooting etc...
